The school has an international reputation for delivering high quality research into the social, economic, environmental, physical and behavioural aspects of health and their underlying mechanisms.

We offer a lively research environment and a diverse range of postgraduate opportunities to students from all over the world, and welcome applications from well qualified graduates wishing to undertake health-related research in any of our research areas.

We also offer two professionally accredited practitioner doctorates in Clinical and Forensic Psychology, comprising of 50% research and 50% practitioner experience.
