Vladimir Zorić researches in literary theory and comparative literature with a strong focus on cultural nexuses such as exile and empire. He is the author of the monograh on Yugoslav writer Danilo Kis, Kis, legenda i prica (Kis, Legend and Narrative, 2005) and his monograph about the representations of exile in law and literature The Rhetoric of Exile: Duress and the Imagining of Force will be out with Legenda (2016). He currently researches into Yugoslav and post-Yugoslav writers' narratives and cultural memory of Yugoslavia and Central Europe.
