A performance-lecture, presented by Cynthia Marsh with Theatre Matters.

In connection with the current exhibition, Chekhoviana (Weston Gallery, Lakeside Arts), questions are posed about British perceptions of Chekhov and his Russia, and answers are sought by exploring the plays themselves in performance.
