The Advisory Day is designed to give applicants for postgraduate study at the University of Nottingham an introduction to the School and its postgraduate community and to offer advice on applying for funding.

Important – If you are an external applicant, please contact Susanna Ison on pg-funding@nottingham.ac.uk to book a place on either of the below workshops.

Masters Applicants 2012 (UK and EU students only)

9.00-10.15 (Great Hall-Trent) - Arts funding application workshop for current final-year undergraduate students who plan to undertake a Masters course in an Arts subject, as preparation for further research at PhD level. If you are planning to submit an application for University or AHRC funding, this event will provide practical advice on how to plan your application.

• Film and TV Studies
• American and Canadian Studies

Between 14.00 and 15.30 some Nottingham postgraduates will be available to take visitors to Hallward Library, to see the postgraduate accommodation in Trent Building and visit the Arts Graduate Centre.
