Revision Sessions

During the Easter holidays the Language Centre provides revision sessions for local pupils.

These cover GCSE, AS, A2 and IB in French, German and Spanish. Each session focuses on key areas and skills appropriate to the levels of study with a view to deepening the students' understanding of grammatical issues and will provide extensive exposure to authentic listening and reading material offering students the opportunity to improve their communications and comprehension skills by working with appropriate materials.

The sessions are well attended and receive positive feedback:  

  Lots of useful vocabulary I haven’t come across before that I can easily and very advantageously use in my exam.

 

  Well organised, excellent teaching, grammar made much clearer, staff very helpful and friendly.

 

  The technology used was outstanding.

 

  Learnt what I need to practise so that mistakes that I normally make are corrected.
