Graham has overall responsibility for Commercial Services which
includes management of the University's treasury, insurance and commercial projects (Private Finance Initiatives
(PFI), contract negotiation, joint ventures, performance improvement
and strategic financial management)
Has been established to offer advice and support to the wider University
to facilitate the delivery of improved efficiency and value for
money through:
Improving management of cash and funds
Promoting increased financial and commercial awareness
Constructive challenge
Facilitating the establishment of appropriate forums and project
teams
Commercial and legal assistance to help manage project risks
effectively and incentivise appropriate behaviour
