November-January

Prospective students start searching for funding opportunities.

University representatives attend postgraduate recruitment fairs across England.

Applications from international students tend to start in January as international funding deadlines approach.

April

Applications are received in April for disciplines with funding deadlines.

The Postgraduate Student Recruitment Marketing Team start work on conversion activities.

May-September

Applications continue and firm decisions of acceptance or rejection are made.

Marketing activity focuses on converting offer holders to firm accepters. University representatives attend postgraduate recruitment fairs through to June and the Postgraduate Prospectus is published in August for next round of applicants.
