Staff deliver at National Conference

The University's Community Partnerships (CP) Team recently contributed to a major national conference on Public Engagement in Bristol. The National Co-ordinating Centre for Public Engagement's Engage 2011 conference focused on different aspects of universities sharing their skills, knowledge and resources with their local communities.

Head of CP, Sharon Clancy, and Social Enterprise Internship Programme Co-ordinator, Neil Brown, delivered a workshop on 'creating an engagement culture' which examined the progress The University of Nottingham has made in raising the profile of community engagement amongst its staff and students.
