Interdisciplinary Computing and Complex Systems

Interdisciplinary Computing and Complex Systems (ICOS) research group aims to facilitate and promote knowledge transfer of our cutting edge technology on optimisation, high-performance computing, data mining, and computational modelling into problem domains that have a large trans-disciplinary component whether within chemistry, physics, biology and/or engineering. In particular, we can lend our expertise to solve problems arising in both natural complex systems and man-made ones (e.g. socio-technical organisations, infrastructure in healthcare, logistics, etc).
