 A mindful way to reduce stress.

  • Feeling stretched, stressed or overwhelmed?
  • Anxious about your life and work?

In this workshop we will explore ways of letting go of anxiety using the practices of Mindfulness and stress reduction.

Please

  • Come in comfortable clothing
  • Bring a pen and paper
  • Bring something to lie or sit on
