Professor Tsang was interviewed and quoted by The Telegraph in an article entitled “Neil Heywood trial: Bo Xilai's wife has 'confessed' to killing British businessman”  which was published on 7 August 2012. The full story can be accessed here.

Professor Steve Tsang, said Mrs Gu would almost certainly be found guilty of murder. "The wife is kind of expendable,"

He went on to say, but so far Mr Bo was only formally under investigation for "breaching party discipline".
