Summer 2010

Congratulations, you are about to complete your studies!

Graduation is an opportunity for you, your family, friends and University staff to celebrate the your academic achievement.

Graduation forms will be available for undergraduate students to collect from theirs Schools in mid February. Postgraduate students will be sent a form to their home and term time addresses so please ensure that you keep the Registry / School up to date with your contact information. The deadline to return the form in order to confirm your place at the ceremony and guarantee your guest tickets is Thursday 25 March 2010, if you return your form after this date we may not be able to guarantee your tickets. You should complete and return a graduation form even if you do not wish to attend the ceremony, if you choose not to attend and do not return a form, we will not be able to send your certificate.

Winter 2009

If you have recently graduated, the following information may be helpful:

Certificates
If you have graduated in absentia, your certificate will be posted to the address given on your graduation form and you should expect to receive it 6 - 8 weeks after the ceremonies have finished. If you did not complete a graduation form you will need to contact the Exams Team to make arrangements for collection (tel: 0115 846 7331).

Refunds
The deadline for ticket refunds has now passed.
