Changing your Spring Semester modules

If your course allows you to change your Spring Semester modules, this can be done during the period of Monday 29 January until Friday 9 February.

You can view the modules that you're currently registered on via Blue Castle. If you need to change modules then a Module Change form should be completed – Module Change forms will be available from the Student Services website in early January. If you're not sure whether your course allows you to change modules, contact Student Services.

Once you have completed the form, you should hand it in to your local Student Service Centre or send it as an email attachment to studentservices@nottingham.ac.uk.

Please note:

• Autumn/Full-year modules cannot be changed
• The change will not be confirmed immediately – Student Services staff will need to confirm the change meets programme specifications and that there are spaces still available on the module(s) selected
• Once the change is confirmed it will be entered into the system and your timetable will be changed accordingly; if your change is not approved, Student Services will email your University email account to this effect
• Changes will not be accepted after Friday 9 February
