Financial Support offers guidance and information on all finance related issues. The service offers drop in sessions throughout the week so that you can speak to an advisor and get further information.
The Disability Policy Advisory Unit (DPAU) promotes and supports access for disabled students and those with dyslexia and / or a long term medical condition.
The Support Services Team within the International Office works to help and advise international students studying at Nottingham. The help and advice offered is highly varied and covers issues such as immigration, employment, finance, personal/family concerns and academic difficulties. Help to keep yourself and your neighbours safe. Nottingham’s student website for crime prevention is backed by Nottinghamshire Police and Nottingham Crime & Drugs Partnership as part of their efforts to reduce crime against students in Nottingham, visit www.easily-done.co.uk. Watch out for the University twice yearly crime prevention campaign in October and January ‘Love Your Stuff’. The Students' Union also runs a Sshh! campaign encouraging students to consider the local community they live in.
