The Cyber Business Centre studies the implications for those in business of the ever-closer harmonization of people, computer technology, and organizational infrastructure.

RESEARCH FOCUS
Most of the work of the Cyber Business Centre addresses the implications, for workers, customers and organizations, of five identified "cyber realities" comprising:
- Constant access
- Immediate response
- Connected mobility
- Process integration, &
- Interface richness
For managers, these realities are studied in relation to their catalyzation of three key cyber business agendas:
- The slicing of organizations horizontally into customer value added processes, rather than vertically by disciplines into departmental functions.
- The transformation of work into something people do, not somewhere they go.
- The evolution of the technologies, channels, offerings and interfaces that link individuals to individuals and individuals to organizations.
