* NB The D.H. Lawrence Birthplace Museum is accessible via timed tour; advanced bookings are strongly recommended. It will take approximately ten minutes to follow the trail from the start to the Birthplace Museum.

Blue Line Trail: DH Lawrence Heritage
The Blue Line trail is modelled on the Freedom Trail in Boston, USA and was given special approval for its use by the Department of Transport.
