What careers are available to economics graduates?

Average starting salaries

 

The average starting salary for first degree graduates of the Nottingham School of Economics in 2010 was £26,727, substantially higher than that of the graduates of many other Schools and universities.

Six months after graduation, 86% of 2010 graduates were in full-time employment or taking masters degrees.

Careers programme

 

The School works actively with the University’s Careers and Employability Centre to help students develop their skills for future employment and ultimately find a good career. As part of this we run a programme of employability skills sessions and arrange presentations by employers and past graduates.
