Publishers Information

The 2006 annual conference of the Royal Economic Society is taking place at The East Midlands Conference Centre at the University of Nottingham from 18th to the 20th April. As usual, we are expecting a vibrant conference attended by in excess of 400 delegates. We are particularly pleased with the exceptionally impressive field of keynote speakers at the conference, including Colin Camerer (California Institute of Technology), David Card (University of California, Berkeley) and John Sutton (London School of Economics, Presidential Address).

I would like to take this opportunity to extend an invitation to Publishers and Exhibitors to exhibit books and computer software during the 2006 Royal Economic Society Annual Conference.

The conference venue is the East Midlands Conference Centre (EMCC) on the University Park campus of the University of Nottingham. This venue is a purpose-built facility. Publishers' exhibition stands will be in the vicinity of the conference suites and refreshment stations (and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis). There will be ample scope for the delegates to browse exhibits.

A complete list of the publishers exhibiting at the Conference will be available on our conference website with direct links to their websites. The printed Conference Programme Booklet will also include a list of publishers who register to exhibit.

Further promotion opportunities are also offered to Publishers during the Conference. We are able to offer you the opportunity to include some promotional leaflets in the delegate's pack, place an advert in the Conference Programme Booklet or sponsor a reception.

If you have any special requests or suggestions for sponsorship, please do not hesitate to contact the Local Organiser, Steve Humphrey at the address below.
