Registration

All delegates, presenters, session chairs and discussants are required to register. Closing date for registration is 7th February 2005.

Registration form and full payment must be received by 7th February 2005 to avoid late registration fee of £100.00.

Cancellation: We will refund 20% of your registration fee if you cancel before 1st March 2005. We regret that we cannot refund any money after that date.

Please note: evening dinner on Wednesday 23rd March is not included in any of the packages. Packages A and B include accommodation on Monday and Tuesday evenings only. Accommodation is based on University Park Campus within walking distance of the East Midlands Conference Centre. Delegates must register early if they require en-suite accommodation as there are limited rooms.

Delegates wishing to stay off campus for the conference should select one of the non-residential packages. The following sources contain details of hotels and guest houses in Nottingham:

Information for Delegates

Registration for delegates will be from 12noon on Monday 21st March at the East Midlands Conference Centre. A full programme and conference pack will be issued to all registered delegates on arrival. This will include information on accommodation and meals, scheduled sessions and lectures and social events. Assistance will be available at the Registration desk from 8:30am - 5pm each day.
