Centre for Continuing Education

The Centre for Continuing Education is the longest established academic unit of its kind in the world, with a tradition of providing high quality teaching and research. It has a prominent national and international reputation and strong links within the region. It is located within the School of Education, whose postgraduate teaching has been recognised as ‘Excellent’ by the Quality Assurance Agency.

The Centre for Continuing Education’s part-time degree provides a flexible, modular programme of study, rewarding achievement at Certificate, Diploma and Degree level. The programme is designed to meet the needs of busy people who wish to further their studies with the minimum of disruption to their working and family lives.
