Sophie Hollinshead is a University Teacher in Art History within the Centre for Continuing Education and acts as Subject Specialist for Art History and Theory and Film Studies modules.Teaching:Sophie teaches a broad range of art historical subjects with a specialism in the Italian Renaissance and the history of British art, architecture and design. She is also particularly interested in exploring the links between art history and other aspects of the arts and is involved in a number of interdisciplinary courses.
Research interests:The Festival of Britain 1951British Neo Romanticism in the inter-war period and the relationship between artists, writers and film makers of the period.
