Applying
To apply you will need to download and complete the Foundation Certificate application form. Once you have downloaded and completed the application form, you should send it to us. You should also send your supporting documentation as soon as you can, though it is possible to do this later if you are waiting for the documents or if the application needs to go in quickly.
