Acrobat

Acrobat is a commercial product developed by Adobe. If you have ever downloaded a PDF, then you have used an Acrobat file. PDF stands for portable document format, and the rationale behind Acrobat is that an acrobat file looks the same on any computer (Word files, for example, can appear different on different PCs). Acrobat Reader is free to download and allows users to read PDFs from any website.
