Support
What Support is available?
El@n has tutorials, a jargon buster and many other features that are included to help support you. However, queries and questions are often going to be individual and beyond the scope of any website. If you have a query, try working through these lists to see if they can help you, but if not, use the staff contact lists at the bottom of the page to talk to dedicated e-learning staff.
| What are the benefits of e-learning to my students? | How could I gain from using by e-learning? |
| How do I make this material available? | How do I develop my ideas? |
| This is just a starting point - el@n has other sections, including "What do you want to do" - which contain additional helpful material. If you can't find something suited to your needs, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. | |

Staff contacts
Talking to staff is always a good idea when starting out developing e-learning. A quick chat can help you gain valuable advice and guidance to help you use your time successfully. Please check the list below to see if your school has an e-learning section (these are the ideal people to speak to) or contact the IS learning team (who provide University wide support).
