How do I build my own objects in Second Life

Anyone in Second Life can easily start creating their own simple prims and objects. A prim (primitive object) is the name for a building block in Second Life. Several prims can be linked together to create more complex shapes and objects. To create a basic prim:

You must have edit permission on all prims you are linking together. To unlink a multi-prim object, right click the object and click Edit. Then click Ctrl-Shift-L. Video tutorials

Tutorial key

Easy to achieve, little or no techinical skill required. E.g. The ability to use MS office.
