How do I find The University of Nottingham Web Campus

You'll need the following hardware - See the Second Life website for minimum requirements. |
While logged into Second Life, click here to view a map of the Web Campus in your web browser. Click Teleport and switch to the Second Life viewer. A window will have opened on screen showing an image of the Web Campus. Click Teleport again to be teleported there. Alternatively, whilst in Second Life, click on the Map button at the bottom of the screen and search for University of Nottingham. When the search result has been returned, click Teleport to be teleported there. This part of the tutorial is available as an online presentation you can watch and go step by step through the process. Click here to watch the presentation If you are going to visit the Web Campus frequently, it's probably a good idea to create a landmark there so you can easily teleport there at any time. |
