Award for Francis Field - Year 3 Architecture Student

'Critical Subjects' was a 2 day Architecture & Design Winter School held last November at the Kowalsky Gallery in London. 20 or so of the keenest architecture students in the UK were selected to participate in a series of intellectual architectural design challenges facilitated by some of the leading names in the field.

On the second day, the individual final designs solutions were reviewed by a panel of judges which included some of the leading architectural commentators, academics and practitioners. The prize for the best design work was awarded to Francis Field (3rd year University of Nottingham Architecture Student) working with Mary Denman (1st year) for their Rapid Prototyping Floating House Dispenser.
