Biography

Mr Isaias Hernandez Carrillo (Researcher) is a PhD student, sponsored by CONACYT of Mexico and supervised by Prof Hao Liu, working on the research project entitled 'Micro-scale Combined Heat and Power Generation with Organic Rankine Cycle'. Prior to commencing his PhD study at Nottingham in October 2015, he was performing different roles in academia and industry for 8 years, including as the Lead Engineer on the project IMPULSA IV, at the Engineering Institute of the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, a Performance Engineer for heavy duty gas turbines in General Electric Mexico and the Thermal Engineering Manager at the consultant company 'Energias Alternas Estudios y Proyectos S.A.' where he led the development of the first private geothermal field in Mexico, Domo de San Pedro, Nayarit, Mexico.
