Biography

Chiang Choon Lai, joined the University of Nottingham as Assistant Professor on August 16, 2004. He holds a Master's of Science in Chemical and Process Engineering at UKM and is a Graduate (Chemical) in The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia.

His research interest is in waste water treatment, drying and student learning style. Prior to his joining UNMC, he worked in Inti College. He obtained his professional recognition in higher education and now a fellow of the Higher Education Academy UK.Currently he is pursuing his PhD and is under the Manufacturing and Industrial Processes research division.

Teaching Summary

Choon Lai started his teaching since 2002. His teaching interests include Engineering Mathematics, Properties of Material, Mechanics and Chemistry.

He is currently teaching Chemistry and Study Skills.
