The University of Nottingham is pleased to announce its first innovation showcase for aerospace technology and innovation.
The event will highlight the Midlands technology competencies in aero engines, aircraft systems, metal and composite materials and aerospace manufacturing; bring together research and technology professionals from primes, supply chain and academia; and showcase the breadth and scale of research, training and education conducted by the University’s Institute for Aerospace Technology and its industry partners.

The Institute is a flagship for world-class interdisciplinary research in aerospace technologies that brings together our work with Aerospace primes such as Rolls-Royce, Airbus, Boeing, GE and our supply chain partners to address key technology challenges for the sector.
At the launch we will outline our long-term vision for the Aerospace Technology Centre and knowledge transfer activity. There will be opportunities to meet with the Institute’s experts as well a research and technology professionals from across the supply chain.
