Having difficulties?

I've had an offer but no invite

It may take up to two weeks from receiving your offer to get your Ask a Graduate invitation. If it's been longer than that check your junk folder in case the invitation has been redirected there.

If you are sure you haven’t received an invitation contact

Remember, you must be holding an offer to study in the School of English to be eligible to take part.

I've lost my personal registration link

Don't worry, you can still sign up. Simply visit the Ask a Graduate website and register. You'll be able to start asking questions in a couple of days.

Alternatively email and we will resend your personal link.

My personal link doesn't work

Email and we'll look into this. Please note that each link can only be used to register one person, so please don’t share it with anyone else.
