Nutracheck

Nutracheck have developed a hi-tech calorie counter and food diary using an online database which contains details of over 30,000 food items. This is accessible to subscribers over the internet using a PC or on the move via a GPRS equipped mobile phone. By entering the last 4 digits of the bar code number on virtually any food product, information such as fat content and calorie count can be accessed and automatically stored in a personal food diary. This enables subscribers to the service to keep a close eye on their calorie and fat intake and to sensibly adjust their diet, if necessary.
