The Helpdesk allocates jobs relating to the maintenance off the University's UK estate. The problems that we deal with are varied and include: joinery, cleaning, electrics, heating, glazing, grounds, lifts, painting, plumbing, portering, signage, surveying, engineering and waste removal, to name but a few.

Hours of operation: 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (out of hours calls are responded to by Security on ext 13013).
