Sarb is responsible for compiling the timetable, and administers the personal tutoring and the PBL and Basic and Clinical Sciences elements of the course. Sarb is responsible for the administration of the assessment for the PPD course and monitors attendance at PBL sessions. Sarb is also responsible for the administration of GEM admissions.

She supports the School Manager in the operational administration of the School and is secretary to the School Management Committee.

Angela maintains Agresso housekeeping to ensure orders are raised, invoiced and then terminated correctly to reduce accruals etc at each month and year end. Angela also organises conference registrations, travel and hotel accommodation and expenses for staff and postgraduate students.

This includes providing all grant and PFact costings to academics, support to researchers with completing ethics applications to University Ethics Committee, NRES and R&D. Kelly works closely with the Director of Research and is secretary to the School Research Committee. Kelly is also the Administrator for the Post Graduate Research Students within the School, and provides day to day student support. Kelly is also secretary to the Postgraduate Education Committee.

Sue is Facilities Administrative Officer for the School, a role which encompasses many different areas. Sue is Building Safety Officer overseeing School safety issues and is secretary to the Safety Committee. She is IT Representative, is responsible for monitoring space requirements within the School and is secretary to the Space Committee. Sue is the focal and liaison point between the School and University Estates. Sue is also responsible for the supervision of the Divisional Support Office.
Sue is also Editorial Assistant to an international, scientific journal, Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism.
