Nottingham collaborates with Bristol, Durham and UEA on new research project

Georgina Endfield will collaborate with fellow researchers Peter Coates (Bristol), Paul Warde (UEA and David Moon (Durham) on a new project set to start at the beginning of March. The project is entitled "The Places that Speak to Us and the Publics We Talk With: Shaping Environmental Histories". In this collaboration, the central research theme is how environmental discourses are shaped by place in a geographical, social, and discursive sense, highlighting issues of translation and communication of environmental experience (and how experience comes to be perceived as related to ‘the environment’).
