Ingenuity unleashed: encouraging technology entrepreneurship for all

On behalf of the Haydn Green Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship you are invited to the inaugural lecture of Simon Mosey as Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Nottingham.

In his lecture entitled Ingenuity Unleashed: Encouraging Technology Entrepreneurship for All, Simon will draw upon the Haydn Green Institute's research in order to demonstrate that technology entrepreneurs are not unique individuals that can see the future.  Rather technology entrepreneurship is where diverse teams use their ingenuity to try out many different possibilities, most of which will be unsuccessful. He shows how such ingenuity can be learnt and shares some of the ways in which the Institute is supporting technology entrepreneurship on an unprecedented scale.

The lecture will take place on Wednesday 23rd April 2014 in Lecture Theatre (LT2), The Exchange, Jubilee Campus.

The format is as follows:

   5:30 pm - Light refreshments
6.00 pm - Introduction by Chairman
   6.05 pm - Seminar commences
6:45 pm - Networking buffet and disperse
