10th New Navigator Seminar - 2015

Calling all Navigators, Engineers, Scientists and Surveyors

If you are a PhD, MSc, or final-year undergraduate student and are interested in positioning/navigation technology or looking at the possibility of a career in this field, then the annual Royal Institute of Navigation’s New Navigator Seminar is not to be missed.

This one day seminar, now in its tenth year, is a special event for researchers to present their positioning/navigation research to a wide audience and to gain an awareness of other developments in the domain.

Benefits of attending include the opportunities to:

  •  Gain experience speaking at a conference, in an informal and friendly environment
  •  Learn about the latest innovations in navigation and positioning technology
  •  Network with key academic, industry & government representatives
  •  Discuss potential career opportunities

Those students chosen to present their research will be given a year’s free guest membership of the RIN. A special prize (cash and certificate) will be awarded for the best student presentation.

Attendance is free to speakers, £10 for students, £30 for RIN Members and £50 for others. Exhibition space will also be available – contact RIN for details. All prices include VAT. This includes lunch & refreshments, in addition to access to all the presentations.
