The latest research and innovations from the University of Nottingham
As one of the leading research institutions in the UK, the University of Nottingham is represented by a large community of postgraduate researchers from a range of disciplines. We want to celebrate this talent!
As a researcher, it is essential to communicate your findings to as wide an audience as possible. Through our Research Showcase you can practice your presentation skills, publicise your research and communicate to a new audience. The showcase also offers the university community, employers and researchers the opportunity to find out about the latest research and innovations from the University.
The 2012 Postgraduate Research Showcase will take place on Thursday 14 June 2012 in the new Engineering & Science Learning Centre, University Park.

2011 Postgraduate Research Showcase
Last year, 55 finalists displayed and presented a poster explaining their research and competed for one of ten awards in this competition. Finalists in Malaysia took part by presenting their posters via video-conference to a panel of judges in the UK. The finalists were judged on their poster and how well they communicate their research to the audience.
The best entries were awarded prize money and a place in the Vitae Regional Poster Competition Final in July!
