Career Advice at the SBGC

Both Rebecca Dowsett and the Careers and Employability Service are available to offer career advice, help to develop your CV, prepare for an interview or assessment centre, or to write an application form.

The SBGC constantly organises CV clinics, which are drop-in sessions designed to help you prepare an effective CV and Application Letter.

The SBGC also organises a number of Interview Training and Assessment Centre Courses, giving postgraduates a practical experience of competency-based interviews and assessment centres under simulated conditions. In the Interview Training course all candidates are asked a few questions in front of a video camera and their peer group and receive valuable feedback on their performance.
