The Director of the The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus (UNMC) Graduate School is Dr Chris Hill. Chris works with Callistus Fernandez, Research Training Convener, to provide a comprehensive programme of training for researcher. The Graduate School Centre offers a range of facilities, including a seminar room which seats up to 60 people, a lounge area with comfortable sofas and tables, wireless connection, board games and magazines. Postgraduates and early career researchers can access the facilities at all times and can enjoy free tea, coffee and daily newspapers. The Centre is managed by Deepa Kumari and Anita Pathma.

The Dean of the The University of Nottingham Ningbo, China Campus (UNNC) Graduate School is Professor Nabil Gindy. Nabil is supported by Lily Cai. The Graduate School offers support and guidance to all postgraduate students, through a combination of research based training courses and social events. The PhD programme offers flexible supervision between UNNC and the University of Nottingham UK (UNUK). Depending on the proposed research, students may be required to spend part of their studies at UNUK, but students will be registered at UNNC, and graduates will be awarded a University of Nottingham UK degree which is also recognised by the Chinese Ministry of Education.
