We are proud of our links with independent, charitable and other organisations across the East Midlands. We firmly believe that strong links with these partners allows our students to gain valuable new skills whilst studying. The School is constantly adding to our portfolio of independent healthcare organisations in order to enhance our student placement experience.
Many of our partner organisations across the region have long-standing relationships with the School, with many of their staff having completed pre-registration education with the University of Nottingham and many more have enjoyed post qualification courses (for more information on continuing professional development courses, please see our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) pages.
We also have a wealth of international partners who we work alongside in faculty development, advisory work, staff exchange, and collaborative research or educational projects. For further information, please see our international partnerships page.
The Trent Simulation and Clinical Skills Centre is a training and education facility that specialises in clinical skills, human factors, and patient safety training for multiprofessional teams at undergraduate and post qualification levels and is the regional centre for advanced patient simulation in the East Midlands.
