'Mental Health Uncertainty and Inevitability: Rejuvenating the Relationship between Social Science and Psychiatry', is a joint venture between the School of Sociology and Social Policy, School of Health Sciences and Institute of Mental Health, University of Nottingham.

The event marks the launch of this book, offering presentations and panel discussions from the editors and contributing authors, notably;

  • Dr Hugh Middleton
  • Dr Melanie Jordan
  • Dr Ada Hui
  • Andrew Grundy
  • Dr James Roe
  • Dr Jenelle Clarke
  • Dr Kezia Scales
  • Dr Melanie Narayanasamy

It is a real celebration of interdisciplinary doctoral work and supervision.

As an incentive to come along, there will also be a prize give-away - a signed hardback copy of the book (worth £67) to the person who asks the panel the most interesting and salient question!

This event is free however, please register online for catering purposes.
