Core Outcome Set (COS) and core outcome instruments (for clinical trials)

  1. Clinical signs: Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI)
  2. Patient-reported symptoms: Patient-oriented Eczema Measure (POEM) and NRS-11 for peak itch over past 24 hours)
  3. Long term control: (Recap of Atopic Eczema (RECAP) or Atopic Dermatitis Control Tool (ADCT) 
  4. Quality of LifeDLQI (adults), CDLQI (children), IDQoL (infants).
