HR Specialist Services, led by Carolyn Stanhope, (tel: 0115 951 5771), is responsible for the delivery of strategic HR projects/specialist services and support to the University in the following areas:
The development and implementation of strategic HR projects which support delivery of wider University Strategy, including Performance Management.
HR Systems and MI
The development and technical maintenance of HR business systems, the development and delivery of HR operational and strategic management information, and the development of efficient and effective HR business processes supported by systemised solutions.

Developing and implementing pay and benefits strategy, projects, policy and administration, including: Promotions; Re-grading; Job Evaluation; Exceptional Performance Bonus; Salary Progression.

To provide analysis, advice and support relating to human resource planning across the University enabled through the maintenance of workload allocation systems as well as other sources of performance and staffing information to deliver a coherent strategic approach to resource planning.
