Exit Interview

If you choose to leave us, we would like to give you the opportunity to talk about your employment experiences and why you have decided to move on via an exit questionnaire. The questionnaire gives us valuable information on why people choose to leave. It concentrates on:

• reasons for leaving
• training and development
• positive and negative features of working for us
• information about your future destination

Once the HR Department has been informed of your intention to leave, they will send you a web link to the exit questionnaire or a paper form will be sent. The questionnaire will only take a few minutes to complete and responses will be anonymous and strictly confidential.

You can also request an informal meeting with an HR Adviser.

The aim of this arrangement is to help us to gain a better understanding of retention issues and to inform future retention strategies. In the event of you being in the position in the future where you are invited to complete the questionnaire, we would very much value your comments and support.
