Performance is a measure of how well an individual does a piece of work. Performance output should always aligne to the University's strategic aims and the Faculty/School/Department's plans to support these aims.
PDPR is a process deployed by the University to ensure that staff are developed, managed and rewarded appropriately and in line with our cultural values. PDPR is a joint process, with the manager/reviewer supporting and guiding employees to actively monitor their own objectives within certain boundaries and should be driving their own development and performance improvement.
