Being fair: Managing staff issues around bullying (including performance)

 

During February and March, Professional Development are offering new, bespoke training for leaders and line managers.  These focus on how to avoid, or deal with, difficult situations which might lead to formal or informal complaints; problems with performance management; and when to confront staff or team fall-out.  This is part of a re-launch of the University's Dignity Policy and is supported by input from one of the University's Employment Services Advisers.
