Latest edition of the HRLC Newsletter now available

We are pleased to present the latest edition of our Newsletter. This issue celebrates HRLC being re-awarded the multi-annual framework contract as the UK member of FRANET (the FRA’s multi-disciplinary research network) and highlights the IHL Unit’s Annual Lecture delivered by Professor Jeff McMahan, ESR Unit Expert Workshop on the United Nations Special Procedures and participation by ICJ Unit Members at the 13^th Assembly of States Parties in New York.
