UK 9/11 Scholarships Fund seeks to award scholarships to the children or dependents of victims of the 9/11 attacks on the USA, or other subsequent terrorist tragedy, for study at Universities in the UK.

US students can bring their Federal Stafford loan to the UK. This is currently $18,500 / year (about £9,000 / year) which is offered at a very low interest rate. Nottingham is a FAFSA approved UK institution (#G08920)
