How do I book?
Is there a deadline for bookings?
All bookings must be received by Friday 19 October 2012 . Please note, places are limited and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis.
Who is the conference aimed at?
Senior leaders and managers in Higher Education Institutions, both academic and administrative.
What level of experience should participants have?
We advise participants to have at least two years experience in a leadership role in higher education.
How much are the fees?
The conference fee is 2,200 GBP* which includes attendance at all sessions, accommodation and meals.
* An early bird booking discount of 200 GBP applies to all bookings received before 31 May 2012.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, 250 GBP is required on receipt of your booking. This is non-refundable.
Is there a deadline for paying the balance?
Yes. All fees must be paid in full by Friday 19 October 2012.
How do I pay my deposit and balance?
Once we are in receipt of your booking, we will send an e-mail requesting payment for the deposit. Your place is not guaranteed until this deposit is received.
We will then contact you at a later date requesting payment for the final balance.
Can I pay by credit card?
Where is the accommodation for the conference?
Accommodation will be provided in Ningbo. Transport is provided to and from the University campus.
Can I arrange any additional nights if required?
When does the conference programme begin?

When will I know if I have a place?
Once we receive your booking form we will contact you for a deposit of 250 GBP. Once this is received we will confirm your place at the conference. Confirmation will be provided by email.
